i have had several trailers over the years and this time decided to do some research. It seems like all trailers made mostly the same but then i found this company. They use all tubing for the frames which i found unusual. I paid more money for it but it was worth it. I strongly suggest that you look at how a trailer frame is built before buying a trailer. This is one time you will get what you pay for.

+ PROS: tubing frame, no leaks
    - CONS: no problems yet

Purchased a 6×12 single axle…..very nicely constructed. Use it to trailer my Harley ( 900lbs ). LED lights and the roof goes over the side to ensure much less chance of a roof leak. 6.5 foot ceiling. steel belted radials. very satisfied.

+ PROS: all wood, no partical board.
    - CONS: none

I am completely disappointed in the craftsmanship of my arising trailer. The one on the Lot looked a lot better. There are places where they didn’t paint it on the frame and those places are alredy rusting after a month and a 1/2. When they were putting the rafters in they welded one crooked and a piece of the weld poked through the roof. Now I have a hole in the roof that I have to silicone while they figure out what they’re going to do about it. I certainly won’t buy another one of these nor would I recommend 1 for anyone else. Spend the extra money and get one with a powder coated frame and better craftsmanship all around. The wiring on this is Horrendous as well.

    + PROS: Cheap
    - CONS: Very poor craftsmanship

I purchased a 7×18′ V- nose enclosed trailer in October of 2015 for my lawn care company to haul a zero turn rider and 2 walk behind mowers. The trailer was fine for the first 8 months then I had some wiring issues with the brakes. Turns out the brake power wire was sandwiched between the frame and outer sheet metal which had finally shorted out. At approximately the same time I kept having screws popping out of the floor and some of the trim pieces. This has been an ongoing issue. Constantly replacing fasteners that strip out and loosen up all the time. Now I have owned the trailer for almost three years and today found a broken cross member tube on the main frame. Both sides have broken welds and have come loose. Poor welds and penetration is the problem. I started to inspect the trailer further to find a broken weld on the tongue of the trailer as well. This trailer has not been abused in any way at all. It hauls about 2600# and gets used about 3 days a week from April thru October. Needless to say, I would Not recommend this trailer to anyone. This is just poor craftsmanship and lack of quality control. I have been in business for almost 20 years and have bought numerous trailers. This is by far the worst one I have owned. Anxious to see if Arising is going to do anything about it.

Great customer support and they stand behind their product even after warrantee is over. Had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and he solved my issues and we drove from Augusta to deal with him and he has my business from now on

+ PROS: Great trailer, superior service, love that they stand behind their product
    - CONS: I didn't buy my first 4 trailers from Mike. That's my only regret.

    Re-post from 8/29/2019. Martin Myers
I ordered an enclosed trailer 102”x 20’ x 8’ tall with a 10/12k jack with specifics on measurements on inside and door placement. Well several months late from promised date and it shows up totally wrong. So it gets reordered and remade shows up today month later and still wrong. So I called to talk with the owner/top person to get it handled right this time and not through second hand. I’ve been talking with an Allen but now dealing with a Michael/Mike this guy shouldn’t be in sales terrible attitude and not helpful. I asked due to having to wait now for a second trailer and still wrong to discount the trailer he wouldn’t do it. I’m out of money for these two trailers not being right and delivered on time. Would like the ceo or president of this company to discuss with reasonable means on this issue. I’m disappointed in this companies handlings on this matter. The TTH company who I am purchasing this trailer through has done nothing but what I’ve asked no mistakes very professional. No resolve even from them talking with obviously the wrong personnel. Where I come from your word is your bond so far they haven’t been helpful or given on discounting the trailer which would make sense on a companies part. Discounting the trailer by paying for freight is not discounting the cost of trailer but Michael/Mike is in disagreement on this and says he is the top no one above him and that’s that. He’s just a salesman of the company not the say on what can or can’t be done.
