Terrible quality ! Should have spent the extra money and got agood trailer. Stripped screw holes in the vent, gate trim and license plate bracket. Now, bad knocking underneath, it figures !
+ PROS: Excited to get it.
- CONS:Will be excited when I can buy a different brand.
Don’t waste your time and money with this company. You order a trailer pay cash for the damn thing. Pay to have it drop ship then u pick it up and it isn’t what u paid for. You call them to make it right then they lie their way out of it. Wtever u do don’t buy shit for Kurt he starts out as a salesman then all them sudden when he messes up your order and won’t do the rt thing to make it rt he is now the Gen Manager of the company. I call BS.
Guess it depends who you order from, Talked with many before ordering and went with local dealer with Customer Service Knowledge and Service Center. Freedom does not sell direct and some dealers only sell on line all about price and drop ship you get what you get. I orderded from a loacl dealer after looking at the inventory and found they only stock a higher level of products and include lots of upgrades on every trailer they sell. They do this to prevent issues and value the customer, explained the price difference. Freedom warranty is covered by the selling dealer only, so if you buy online warranty is only done at the factory 1000 miles away I am Very Happy
+ PROS: Dealer experience to get me where I needed to be on price and product
- CONS:4 week lead time for delivery and misleading products by online companies
Absolutely terrible quality. Long list of issues with our brand new trailer. Took delivery only to discover leaks and buckled flooring.
We had the trailer less than 24 hours and had to make arrangements to drive to Freedom as our worthless Dealer pretty much washed their hands of it.
After 3 days at Freedom for repairs, It’s still not fixed. Then the rude employees well that’s a whole other issue.
I would run as far away from Freedom Trailers as possible. This is a brief review of the nightmare of dealing with Freedom and our Dealer!!!
- CONS:Screws missing, a lot of sheet metal screws stripped, leaks in rain, no joint sealing, floor has big gaps, roof leaks, bent axel on new trailer, took it back and waited 3 days, still have 5 issues that were not repaired, do not buy from this company
good bang for your buck. will definitely buy from Freedom again when we pickup another cargo trailer in the summer.

One of the greatest customer service experiences ever.
