Sorry I bought this enclosed Cargo Trailer. I was inexperienced and the dealer just wanted to make the sale. I needed a trailer to carry a small car. The trailer did not come with any type of tie downs they just leave it to you to figure out what you need. The wall of the Trailer are very thin and almost impossible to attach anything to. The trailer had interior lights, but I sure have not been able to get them working. The trailer just had raw wood surfaces, so I had to find deck coating to seal them and the rear loading ramp. Problems with that ramp also.
You can only get part (read overpriced) from their dealers. Their Web site is terrible, they should get their money back on that one.
I am looking to sell this trailer to an unsuspecting new owner like I was. I will then buy a decent trailer.
H&H was a very disappointing experience for us. We wanted a “beefed up” cargo trailer to haul our side by side and 4 wheeler. When I say “beefed up” we wanted to also be able to use it for camping in the mountains. We ordered the 7’ x 20’ trailer with insulated walls and roof, paneling, windows, side door with screen and a window, roof vent, rubber coin flooring for easy cleaning, extra light package, a cabinet and a few other extras. When the trailer was delivered to the dealer, we were shocked at the extremely poor quality of workmanship and detail. Needless to say, we refused the trailer and our deposit was returned. The trailer went back to the dealer, although it was better the second time, it was still not satisfactory. Whatever happened to quality and workmanship?
The warranty department is in contact with the dealer and has been working to remedy the weld issues for you as well as the reason for the gate failure. It is important to us to understand why these problems have occurred so we can correct it. Load rating are also in place to ensure proper loading so failure doesn’t occur. This can be further discussed with the warranty department during the review.

I wish I could post pictures here! Poor welds that break. Overloaded gates and ramps. I will never buy one again.
