We have bought three custom /car hauler enclosed trailers from Terry at TC in Land-O-Lakes Florida.
On our forth custom trailer…Terry took the order and our custom drawing. She sent it to their order department had them draw it up sent it back to us to approve. It was Completely Clear how we wanted the trailer built we signed the order!! They built the trailer…we ask Terry to double check to make sure it was right before we drove 800 miles to to the factory in Georgia to pick it up. They checked and said all was good.
When we got there…they wanted us to pay the balance before we looked at it, but we said we wanted to check it first (because the one before this one had a few problems they had to fix before we left). and so did this one! We ask them if it have the axles we paid for and (Cindy and Greg) in the delivery/warranty/ repair department…assured us they were Dexter axles with self-adjusting brakes. But someone conveniently paint over the tag.
(But they said they were definitely Dexter axles with self-adjusting breaks) that we paid for.
This was the week of Thanksgiving 2019.
We drove back home toTexas.
They had given us warranty papers on the axles and the tires and wheels. When my husband called to register the warranty on the tires and wheels…they said those are not our tires or wheels!! What?
So he did the same thing on the axles (after he scratched all the paint off) they were not Dexter axles but they had given us warranty papers on Dexter axles they were “Lippert Comp” not self-adjusting.
Then we had E-Track installed and because they did not install it right it was unuseable!! None of the attachments would fit in the E-Track.
Bottom line when they sent the order over to the factory they failed to send it like we ordered it. We worked with Terry the whole time…but Kurt would not let her take care of it anylonger. We just wanted them to make it right…but to no avail Kurt was very RUDE and said tough…call your lawyer.
So we did!!
Monday March 2, 2020 got our money back after getting a lawyer and three months of heartache dealing with Trailer County…you would think they would treat their returning customers better!!

If for some horrible reason you do get cough up in (his web) this kind of unfortunate situation with Trailer County…you will have to get a Lawyer to get it resolve… Kurt ddidn’t even want to try to resolve it!! All we wanted was for them to fix their mistake!
I called Trailer Country and talked to Peter about an enclosed car hauler. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Peter sent me the necessary paperwork and we talked several times before I sent a deposit. He called about 12 days later and said the trailer was ready. I drove from Colorado to Willachoochee, Ga. for the pickup. All the people in Willachoochee were professionals and the transaction was smooth as silk. I asked that the battery box be moved so my load distribution hitch would fit. A guy came immediately and took care of the problem. If not for the battery box, I would have been out in 45 min. Great company, nothing but pros, would highly recommend.
This is my second trailer I bought through trailer country and I would highly recommend them to anyone and my salesman Dave MCcuskey best salesman ever he was such a big help thanks Dave
The salesman I worked with was Peter he was professional and easy to work with the invoice is correct the first time and instructions were easy to follow I picked up my trailer in under 45 minutes at the location in Georgia I haven’t had the trailer long enough to know how well it is built but it looks good and it towed very easily I would recommend Trailer Country to my friends
I worked with Teri from Trailer County, and she was great to work with. She answered all of my questions, and put up with me making multiple changes. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and really like my new Freedom trailer.

If your considering a trailer threw trailer country do not have it built at southern Georgia cargo my first 30′ was built three freedom what a wonderful job second threw South Georgia total disappointment I relayed my disappointment to trailer country and I was then informed that they have had a lot of complaints about that facility. Don’t waist your time or money I had to fix things the right way myself feel free to contact me I was committed and drove 10 hours to pick it up just hate to see someone else have to do the same.
We haven’t received our trailer yet, but the process of ordering was made easier by the great customer service, especially Teri. We looked many places for what we wanted and the best prices were right here. So far, everything is great. Hoping to see our trailer soon.

Worst place to buy a trailer. I have ordered several trailer from them in the past with no issues. Last trailer they put the concession door on the wrong side. Because of an error they made they refuse todo business with my company. Kurt the sales manager has no class. Took 19 days for him to return my calls after they quoted a new trailer build to cancel my order and told me to find another dealer. I contacted another dealer and finally got my order place and done.
STAY AWAY FROM TRAILER COUNTRY! Worst customer service ever! Kurt should be removed from his title as sales manager. I am going to write the owner of this company a letter of my experience.
Ordered through trailer country 2 trailers nov 2020 finished feb 2021 said they made the colors wrong,i ordered two black.then was told had no .24 medal had to pay $400 each for .30 metal,trailer come stock with vent roof NO VENT ROOF IN ONE, ORDERED BOTH WITH 4 XTRA DRINGS ONE HAD THEM THE OTHER DIDNT,ONE WAS MISSING FLOOR CAULKING,CALL TO EXPLAIN THEY OFFERED TO SEND DRINGS AND SIDE VENTS BUT SAID THEY WONT PAY TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED TABATHA THE REP FOR TRAILER COUNTRY TOLD ME IT WAS THE TRANSPORTERS FAULT BECAUSE HE DIDNT SAY WHAT THEY WERE MISSING, I SAID TRANSPORTER HAS NO IDEA WHAT WAS ORDERED HIS RESPONSIBILTY WAS TO VIEW FOR DAMAGES UPON PICK UP, WAS TOLD BY TABATHA TO BRING THE TRAILERS BACK TO GEORGIA FROM MAINE THEY WILL FIX IT,MY PURCHASE ORDER STATES XTRA D RINGS AND VENT IN ROOF,LIGHTS ON REAR ARE MOUNTED CROOKED,SALESMAN DAN ALL OF A SUDDEN WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS OR VOICE MAIL,SINCE I TOLD THEM I WANTED A ROOF VENT SENT TO ME I PAID FOR IT, I CALL THE MAIN OFFICE GUY SAID HE WAS HIGH UP TOLD ME IT WAS TRANSPORTERS FAULT HE DIDNT INSPECT THE TRAILER AGAIN TRANSPORTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO INSPECT THEIR QUALITY OF WORK DO NOT BUY FROM TRAILER COUNTRY,WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED TRAILER ARE A MESS AND THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK DONT BE A SUCKER IF ANY DOUBT EMAIL ME DMTRANZ114@YAHOO.COM I WILL SUPPLY PICS OF PROOF BEWARE
