I bought my trailer 10/24/2017 I drove there from Hudson, Ohio & picked up my Beautiful trailer & one of the owners helped me hook up and went over everything “Very courteous” fast forward to 2020 my roof vent lid shattered I called Rock Solid Cargo I got fast friendly service no arguing they said we are sorry about that we had got a bad batch of those we will send you out a new lid for your trailer, guess what it only took three days and it was a better quality than the original one and it was covered under their warranty they are the best company and best bunch of people I have ever dealt with I am extremely happy with my trailer I just love it and this company in 2018 my sons buddy looked at my trailer and called ordered his and drove their to pick up his trailer and he is still happy with his trailer also!! Thank You!! You and your company Really Are Rock Solid!!!
